Important Notice (For California Employers Only): In addition to the State and Federal Combination Poster above, the Industrial Welfare Commission (IWC) Wage Order Poster is also required for ALL California employers and must be purchased separately. The IWC Poster will be updated in 2024 and is NOT included within the California and Federal Combination Labor Law Poster because of 1.) sizing restrictions, and 2.) each employer in California falls under a specific industry or occupation category (there are 16 different ones). Important Notice (For Colorado Employers): Colorado legislature passed a law (HB 22-1112) that increases the number of days an employee has to report a workplace injury from 4 to 10 days.
