The Colorado Notice to Employer of Injury Poster is a required notice stating that Colorado law requires employees to report a workplace injury within ten (10) working days, and that benefits may be reduced by half if the injury results from use of alcohol or drugs.

In the spring of 2022, the Colorado legislature passed a law (HB 22-1112) that increases the number of days an employee has to report a workplace injury from 4 to 10 days. The change is effective on August 10, 2022 and the law requires employers to display the new poster in their workplace. Due to the specific font size requirements, this poster must be printed and displayed in a 27"x40" size format in order to comply with the law. 

To comply with the new posting size requirement, our poster measures 27" x 40" and is laminated for durability and is available in either English or Spanish. For an additional fee, we also offer an option to customize it with your workers compensation insurance carrier name and information so you don't have to hand write it on the poster. This option is available on the Add-On section when purchasing it.
