However, in the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items in an undamaged and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending back the merchandise. Due to their very nature, custom posters are non-refundable.

In the event a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase at no extra cost to the customer, so long as it is not the customer who is at fault, whether or not it was intentional. Please be careful when ordering, such as choosing the correct version of the poster, and choosing the correct language. Lost Packages or Failed Deliveries
