All California employers are required to take reasonable steps to prevent harassment in the workplace. In California, all employers with five (5) or more employers are required to provide one (1) hour of sexual harassment prevention training to non-supervisory personnel and two (2) hours of training to supervisory personnel once every two (2) years. Because of COVID-19, the training, at least for now, may be conducted remotely.

The California Sexual Harassment Poster may be utilized as a supplementary guide to be used together with an implemented Sexual Harassment Policy and as a tool for the regularly required Sexual Harassment Training.

This poster measures 24" x 36" and is laminated for durability.
