Important: EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2023 SB 1718 which was signed into law on May 10 will require all private employers with at least 25 employees to use E-Verify, the government’s digital immigration verification tool. As part of this requirement, employers are required to post the E-Verify and Right To Work Poster (sold separately) at a place that is visible to both employees and job applicants.
