New York State recently enacted a law requiring a notice of electronic monitoring to 1.) be provided to new hires and 2.) posted for all current employees to see. Codified as Section 52-C of the New York Civil Rights Law, this requirement took effect on May 7th 2022.

This poster measures 12" x 18" and is printed in full color on a 32-lb premium bond paper, with the option for a laminated version for durability.
