At the November 2021 General Election, voters of the City of Tucson, Arizona approved Prop 206 that establishes a local minimum hourly wage of $13 beginning April 1, 2022, which will then increase to $15 an hour by January 1, 2025. Thereafter it will increase annually based on the Consumer Price Index, and rising automatically to match any higher federal or state minimum wage. 

Also included on this poster is the Notice of Non-Discrimination that informs every person and business that under the City of Tucson Code, Chapter 17, it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, disability, gender (sex), gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status and familial status. 

This bilingual poster measures 18" x 24" and is printed in full color, on a 36-lb premium bond paper and laminated for durability.
